About the event
This unit is an informative course. You will learn the skills and knowledge required to safely apply waxing treatments to reduce unwanted hair on the face and body. Upon successful completion of this short course you will be issued a Statement of Attainment for SHBBHRS001 Provide Waxing Services.
- Training location: Mixed
+ Theoretical: Online
+ Practical: In-class at 86 Keppel st, Bathurst NSW 2795.
As this is a nationally recognised course, you will be able to use the Statement of Attainment to apply for credit in beauty therapy courses such as Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy and Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO ACCESS NSW GOVERNMENT-SUBSIDISED TRAINING?
1. An Australian citizen or meet the criteria of being an Australian permanent resident, a humanitarian visa holder, or a New Zealand citizen;
2. Aged 15 years or older;
3. No longer be at school;
4. Living or working in NSW;
OR
5. Registered as a NSW apprentice or new entrant trainee.
