Course Description

Accidents or illness can happen to anyone at any time, whether at home, at work or at school. Therefore, it is important to have the skills, knowledge and ability to react quickly to be able to save lives. At AMBI, our First Aid workshop covers the steps necessary to help you learn how to react to different situations, from mild sprains to electric shocks to heart attacks.

 

First Aid knowledge is invaluable to both you, as an individual, and for your community. It enables you to assist people who maybe injured in the event of an accident or emergency situation. First Aid skills can be applied at home, the workplace or in public locations. Thus, the more First Aid certified people there are in a community the safer the community becomes.

 

At the end of the course, you will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment in HLTAID003 Provide First Aid.
