SHBBBOS005 USE REFLEXOLOGY RELAXATION TECHNIQUES IN BEAUTY TREATMENTS

Course Description

Reflexology is a fun and interactive 2-day course. You will learn the fundamental concepts of using reflexology relaxation techniques including:

  • History and benefits

  • Precautions and contraindications

  • Manage and prepare the treatment

  • Full foot sequences and their effects on the body systems

  • Review the treatment and provide post -treatment advice

As part of the course fee you will be provided with a kit, which includes:

  • 2xlarge towels

  • student training manual

At the conclusion of the short course, you will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment in SHBBBOS005 – Use reflexology relaxation techniques in beauty treatments. This short course can also be credited towards CPE points for individuals currently in the massage industry.

As this course is nationally recognised, you will be able to use the Statement of Attainment to apply for credit in beauty therapy courses such as Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy and Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
