Course Description
This is an enjoyable and informative class, where you will learn about the benefits of different oils and how to use them in massage practice. During this course, you will be taught how to establish client priorities, and synthesise knowledge of anatomy and physiology, skin science and lifestyle factors to select aromatic oils and massage techniques to meet client needs.
This course is highly useful for beauty and spa therapists, who work in beauty salons, massage clinics and spas. It also serves as a refresher course to keep up-to-date with aromatherapy massage techniques and blended oils.
Upon successful completion of this short course, you will receive a nationally recognised statement of attainment in SHBBOS009 Provide Aromatherapy Massage. As this is nationally recognised, you will be able to use the Statement of Attainment to apply for credit in beauty therapy courses such as Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy and Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
